Job Responsibilities :
- To arrange, execute and update publicity tools, artwork and interior design work for marketing plan and promotion for sales program (soft launch / official launch / promotion / exhibition and other event).
- To propose and coordinate with vendors / partnership (sales agency, end-financiers, solicitors, architects, consultants, contractors, building materials manufacturers / dealer, advertising agents, model maker and etc).
- Developing effective market intelligence & strategic market insights by conducting comprehensive market study, consumer analysis and purchasing trend.
- To attend and assist to customer enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers.
- To prepare, maintain and always update the marketing promotion tools (info display in sales gallery, company news, show unit, property model, brochure, flyer, artwork, billboard, bunting, banner, press advertisement, sales kit and etc).
- Coordinating with Sales Admin to ensure the sales data and reports are updated from time to time.
- To assist in prepare monthly sales reports and annual sales report.
- To assist in execute the submission of application / renewal for DL and AP, bumi allocation, supplementary agreement, address allocation, Borang 5A, 7F, NAPIC, local council, TNB, SYABAS, Rehda and etc.
- Support activities carry out by group marketing
Job Requirements :
1-3 years relevant experience in property development company.Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.Good command in Microsoft Word and Excel & knowledge in computerized SalesAdministration Systems is an added advantage.Benefits :
