Main Responsibilities :
- Customer Acquisition and Management
- Product Presentation & Service Proposal
- Achieving Sales Targets
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Reporting – updating sales records, customer data
- Product Knowledge & Training – understanding LED, LED Solar, energy-saving features & SIRIM approval
- Market Research – analyzing current market, competitors, and new opportunities
- After-Sales Support – providing assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements :
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, closing, time management, product knowledge, and computer literacyActive on social mediaHardworking, proactive, consistent, with integrity and a strong team spiritPhysically fit with own transportation (company vehicle provided)Minimum 2 years of sales experienceAble to communicate in Malay, English & Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)Are you passionate about sales and eager to make an impact?
