Penerangan pekerjaanTrack and report on campaign performance, assessing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Maintain and manage the brand marketing budget. Grow and manage our community and KOL partnerships. Serve as the main point of contact for key internal stakeholders (sales, R&D) and external agency partners (creative, media, PR). Manage a growing team under you A degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of marketing and agency collaboration processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. - Develop and implement marketing strategies that build brand credibility and resonate with our target market.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including all digital channels and the full marketing funnel (awareness to conversion).
