We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Key Account Manager to cover the FMCG portfolio for one the leading e-Commerce enablers in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

the role
Develop and execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to drive significant GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth for leading FMCG clients. Act as the strategic lead in planning, negotiating, and securing premium brand exposure during mega-campaigns and key online activations, leveraging strong relationships with marketplace partners to unlock exclusive co-marketing opportunities and collaborations. Partner directly with key FMCG clients to align on campaign calendars, promotional mechanics, and performance expectations, while strategically managing Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets to maximize ROI. Monitor performance, identify growth trends, and ensure optimal stock availability in a fast-paced environment.
the experience
Minimum 2 years of e-commerce key account or brand management experience. Experience handling platform sales and promotional campaigns on platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
