Talent Acquisition at Sunway Medical Centre
- Intake & Customer Engagement : Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails); understand the nature of each request with sensitivity and clarity.
- Needs Assessment : Identify the type of service required (nursing, physiotherapy, doctor visits, etc.) and ask relevant questions to assess urgency and fit.
- Matching & Coordination : Match incoming care requests with the right practitioner(s) based on skills, availability, and geography. This involves operational thinking and scheduling.
- Scheduling & Dispatch : Maintain accurate appointment schedules and coordinate practitioner dispatch to homes.
- Billing & Payment Coordination : Prepare service quotes, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Service Monitoring : Track service delivery, gather feedback, and flag issues proactively.
- Internal Coordination : Liaise with practitioners to confirm availability, resolve scheduling conflicts, and update capacity trackers.
Job Requirements
At least a Degree holder in any field; Preferably in Medical / Healthcare coursesMinimum 2 years working experiences; Preferably from medical / healthcare setting (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply)Able to speak in Mandarin language as this role need to handle Mandarin-speaking patientsKnowledge in medical terminology is an added advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesNormal office hours (Mon - Fri) 830am - 530pm, location will be based in Sunway Geo Avenue, Bandar SunwaySeniority level
