Job Responsibilities : -
1. After Sales Marketing Support
Assist in driving After Sales marketing initiatives with the goal of maximizing :
- Throughput
- Service Revenue
- Customer Retention Rate (CRR)
2. Strategic Marketing Campaigns
Propose targeted service campaigns based on market surveys and analysis to meet evolving customer needs.Support the development of proposal papers by identifying optimal strategies and mechanisms.Assist in crafting and proofreading compelling campaign copy prior to launch.3. Campaign & Survey Analysis
Develop actionable improvement plans using insights from market analysis, outlet feedback, brand health metrics, and performance tracking.Conduct in-depth research to evaluate the effectiveness of launched campaigns and marketing activities.4. Digital Marketing Initiatives
Design and optimize digital marketing strategies to enhance After Sales customer acquisition.Monitor and analyze competitor digital trends to stay ahead of market movements.5. Special Projects & New Model Launches
Manage service-related aspects of new model launches, including the development of maintenance packages and readiness before rollout.Ensure all digital platforms (website, apps, etc.) are updated with the latest information.Coordinate Service Business Committee meetings and follow up on action items.Track project milestones and deliverables through gateway reporting.6. Marketing Activity Oversight
Monitor campaign progress and present performance reports to stakeholders.Track and manage monthly OPEX to ensure budget alignment.Job Requirements : -
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or any relevant discipline.Minimum 5 years preferably in the automotive industry.Proven marketing experience and management.Through knowledge of marketing best practices.Creativity and commercial awareness.Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
