JOB DESCRIPTION :
As part of the Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) of Wilmar, we are looking for a dynamic, customer‑service and quality‑minded team player to join our SSC continuous expansion in 2026. The position provides an opportunity to widely increase your accounting knowledge and expertise while working for a well‑known, fast‑growing SSC of a Fortune 500 company.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of management reporting and involvement in the standardisation process.
- Review and perform variance analysis versus budget on production performance and cost.
- Participate in management reports enhancement and automation implementation.
- Summarise and review the company’s budget and analyse variances.
- Ensure management reports are presented in the standard format.
- Preparation of CAPEX management reports, monitoring and controlling of CAPEX spending across global entities, performing investment appraisal of CAPEX and post‑operating review.
- Review and analyse purchasing trend, pricing and cost; standardise management reporting in Dashboard (Tableau) and SAP BI.
- Continuously seek improvement and simplification in current work, actively sharing ideas and inputs to enhance the current system, reports and model.
Requirements
Candidate must possess an Accounting Degree or equivalent professional qualification.Strong accounting knowledge is required.3‑4 years of working experience in a related field.Candidate with SAP knowledge or working experience in an SSC environment.Candidate flexible to support different time zones (7 am–4 pm).Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Able to handle tight timelines.Action‑oriented, with good analytical skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
