Client Partner

16TWO is looking for a Client Partner to support project management, client servicing, and content-driven digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in client communication and coordination, ensuring projects run smoothly.
• Help manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Contribute to content ideas and execution, think of social media posts, reels, stories, and engaging brand content.
• Work with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to bring campaigns to life.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates (TikTok, Instagram, X / Twitter, Meta, Xiaohongshu, YouTube) .
• Help with community management, respond to comments, engage with audiences, and keep brands relevant.
• Track campaign performance and assist in reporting key insights.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and nurturing strong relationships.
• Coordinate project execution, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, technical) to develop and implement campaigns across digital, video, and web platforms.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, providing updates to clients and teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals, progress reports, and post-campaign evaluations.
• Handle multiple projects at once, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.
