Responsibilities
- Handle & respond to customer enquiries through multiple platforms (FB business, Whatapp etc)
- Ensure all customers inquiries / issues / complaints are resolved according to the company's processes & procedures.
- Accountable for meeting individual sales (KPIs) and team sales target as set
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Time limit to respond to customers enquiries within 30 minutes.
- Requires a daily response rate of at least 90% or above.
- Prepare daily incoming volume report or any other relevant documentation when required
