IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our company and staff. In this role, your duties include leading overall IT operations to deliver end to end IT services both in terms of infrastructure and applications. You are expected to be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems as well as the networks of the company.

• Maintain and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure, resolving software or hardware problems in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks.
• Perform IT controlled equipment purchase arrangement, provide information and recommendation for computer purchase.
• Manage and maintain inventory of hardware and software.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords to control access and ensure security.
• Ensuring network facilities, including routers, switches, and firewalls are functioning correctly to maintain seamless connectivity.
• Monitoring and maintaining all hardware and software related licenses and etc.
• Manage email hosting and email user accounts.
• Troubleshooting and responsible for daily end-users' support on hardware and software technical problems within reasonable timeframe.
• Assist in other project on 3rd party software implementation across all departments in the company.
• In charge of other technical related systems such as PABX, Wifi, router, CCTV, office appliances and machines, etc.
• Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time
