Contracts Executive

Responsibilities

• Site measurement, bills preparation, cost planning, cost analysis, project audit, estimating tenders, sourcing of prices and evaluation of sub‑contractors' claims.
• Tender bidding : prepare tender evaluation and negotiation, tender analysis, award recommendation and letter of award.
• Collection of necessary cost data for conceptual and / or take‑off estimation, preparation of estimating procedures, overall estimating review and justification.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• In charge of Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Tender Documents.
• Search for suitable contractors for appointment to certain projects.
• Monitor the contract while the project is being carried out.
• Prepare the Interim Valuation to assess the total cost of work done at monthly intervals.
• Evaluate and prepare Variation Works to be included in the Main Contract.
• Prepare sub‑contracts for nominated domestic / sub‑contractors and suppliers.
• Handle final account to determine the final project cost.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.

More than 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent.

Required skills : MS Excel, MS Project.

Preferably with expertise in high‑rise projects.
