Team Management Inspire, coach & develop team skills. Delegate responsibilities, evaluate performance & drive engagement. Business Growth Create strategies for cross-selling & customer traffic. Adapt to challenges with effective corrective actions. Maintain store operations, procedures & compliance. Handle staff & client issues professionally. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Minimum 5 years of management experiences in luxury retail industry. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build, motivate and develop a team. Excellent language skills : Fluent in English, Malay, Chinese and other language ability is an advantage. Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition. Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
