Job Description

Lead and manage SAP BI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Develop and maintain SAP BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the SAP BI system.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to internal stakeholders and team members.

Identify opportunities for system optimization and recommend enhancements.

Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in BI strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful SAP BI Lead / Manager Should Have

A strong educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven expertise in SAP BI tools, data modeling, and analytics.

Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

Proficiency in ensuring data compliance and security standards.
