Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Johor, Malaysia. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the sales process to meet targets. Daily tasks include creating sales proposals, negotiating agreements, providing market insights, and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive sales growth. This role also involves representing the company at events, ensuring excellent client service, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of property sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Familiar with Johor property market trends, especially Iskandar region.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Possess own transport and willing to work weekends / public holidays (with off days in lieu).
Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.Manage end-to-end sales processes : prospecting, qualifying, presentation, negotiation, booking, and closing.Conduct property sales presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.Follow up promptly on leads generated through marketing campaigns, agents, and digital platforms.Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and business partners.Provide professional consultation to buyers on property features, pricing, and financing options.Assist purchasers through the SPA and loan application process.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Support marketing campaigns, property roadshows, and launch events.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.Provide feedback on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activities to management.Participate in social media engagement and online lead conversion initiatives.Maintain proper documentation of sales bookings, purchaser details, and payment schedules.Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and relevant legal requirements.Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Sales Manager.Contact
