We are looking for a proactive and experienced Finance and HR Manager to manage our company's financial operations and human resource functions. Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including AP / AR, payroll, and reporting.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain internal financial controls and liaise with auditors and banks.
Human Resources
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle.Manage payroll, HR policies, and labor law compliance.Lead performance management, training, and development programs.Foster positive workplace culture and employee engagement.Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.5+ years' experience in finance and HR, with managerial exposure.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR practices, and labor laws.Proficiency in finance and HR software.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.What We Offer
