Penerangan pekerjaanOversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide insightful analysis of financial results and key performance indicators. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks based on financial analysis. Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads and senior management. Prepare and analyze budget versus actual performance reports. Monitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines. Provide guidance and support to departments in managing their budgets. Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, LCCI). At least 2 years of working experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Specialized in Finance – General / Cost Accounting or equivalent. Familiarity with master accounting software and accounting sets. Exceptional communication skills, especially important for effective communication between internal and external partners.

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement to management.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost control, and financial risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
