Senior Marketing Operations Specialist
As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist with 2X, you will be responsible for increasing the performance of marketing functions through critical thinking and strategizing, project management, process optimization, data management, leadership, leveraging and optimizing processes and marketing technology.
The role is aimed to identify areas of improvement within both internal stakeholders and external enterprise-level stakeholders, along with making all marketing investments traceable by increasing the visibility of revenues and impact being generated. We are looking for candidates with experience in multiple platforms ( e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot ).

- Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
Responsibilities
Possess strong capabilities to implement and optimize MarTech platforms, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing platform efficacy.Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of MarTech platforms to support marketing efforts and objectives.Identify opportunities to optimize marketing efficiency through technology, streamlining campaign processes and workflows to increase overall marketing effectiveness.Articulate problems clearly along with proposed solutions and expected impact, ensuring that all stakeholders understand both the issues and the proposed actions.Lead projects and specialist teams, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and optimal use of marketing technologies.Perform operational strategizing and execution across a variety of marketing tools, systems, and processes such as website CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM databases, and Analytics & Reporting tools.Manage email marketing, lead routing, automation, integration between various MarTech tools, along with platform implementations and data migrations.Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.Troubleshoot issues related to processes and workflows.Contribute to process changes and documentation efforts on workflows and processes.Provide leadership and mentorship for Marketing Operations Specialists and Associates.Able to pioneer usage of new technology tools / platforms and lead exploratory projects.Seniority level
