We’re looking for a strategic and analytical business professional who can identify growth opportunities, evaluate new ventures, and shape data-driven business strategies — not a salesperson , but a thinker and builder with strong business acumen.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior management to explore new business models, partnerships, and investment opportunities that drive long-term value and sustainable growth in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities — from emerging technologies to new market segments — and assess their feasibility, profitability, and alignment with company capabilities.
  • Support business case development through financial modelling, ROI analysis, and scenario planning.

Market & Business Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies that inform investment, expansion, and innovation decisions.
  • Stay ahead of manufacturing and industrial trends such as automation, sustainability, and digital transformation.

    • Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor key business and financial metrics to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for proposed ventures or projects.
  • Evaluate and track performance of new initiatives to ensure profitability and value creation.

    • What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial and operational insights.
  • Proven experience in business strategy, market analysis, or corporate development , ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and performance tracking.
