Your role
Key responsibilities include :
- Provide first line of support by resolving customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Manage shipment bookings, logistics queries, and provide real-time updates
- Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction by anticipating problems and improving customer experience
- Adhere to FedEx’s cultural values and compliance standards in all customer interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Experience Manager
About you
The company is looking for :
Diploma / Degree graduates with at least 1 year of customer service experience; fresh graduates encouraged to applySPM / secondary education holders with 2-3 years experience in Shared Service Centre, Customs Clearance, Contact Centre, Operations, or general LogisticsStrong spoken and written English skillsStrong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented, customer experience excellence mindsetAbility to commit to a 1-year contract with potential for permanent role based on performanceAvailable to start immediately and work a 44-hour work week within normal office hoursCompensation & benefits
