Account Executive

Overview

About the role - As an Account Executive at YT Civil Engineering, you will play a key role in managing the company's financial records and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this full-time position is based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing engineering firm.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Liaising with external auditors and providing support during the audit process
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Providing administrative support to the Finance team as needed
