Follow up on shipments with courier services and update customers promptly.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries.
Work with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Support your team with other duties assigned by your Supervisor.

What We’re Looking For
Experience : Minimum 2 years in customer service & administration.
Skills : Problem-solving, systematic, independent, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Communication : Excellent verbal & written skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers (required) .
Education : SPM / Diploma / Degree.
Bonus if you’ve worked in a related field before.
