Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production schedules.
Monitor machine performance, production output, and product quality throughout the process.
Ensure all production activities comply with GMP, HACCP, and HALAL requirements.
Work closely with the QC / QA team to resolve quality issues and improve product consistency.
Maintain proper documentation and production records in line with company standards.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline among production operators.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to operators to improve productivity and efficiency.
Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement projects.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in food manufacturing or production supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team of operators.
Able to work independently, handle pressure, and meet production deadlines.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and HALAL practices will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, result-oriented, and committed to achieving operational excellence.
