They're growing their Business Development team to drive the business growth and capture new opportunities in the SME market.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new SME clients in Northern region by proactively generating and managing a pipeline of leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Develop and implement plans to expand the financing business, including identifying target markets, assessing customer needs, and designing tailored financing solutions.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of financing deals, contracts, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand the financing portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, operations, and risk management, to develop and deliver comprehensive financing solutions that meet customer requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership activities, sales pipeline, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our financing offerings.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in the financing sector to ensure compliance is adhered to.

Qualifications

1) Financial Services / Funding Societies with managing SME accounts.
