Penerangan pekerjaanResponsible for managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers through regular visits and Teams meetings. Conduct market research to analyze market conditions, identify potential opportunities, and monitor emerging market trends. Responsible for analyzing customer sales data, developing sales budget plans, and preparing monthly sales reports. Identify new project opportunities by collaborating with the related business division to secure new business. Lead and oversee the progress of sales activities while coordinating with vendors and suppliers. Provide daily support for customer inquiries, costing and quotation, quality issues and ad-hoc tasks. Responsible for payment collection, Inventory control, slow moving stock (SMS) monitoring.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience. Working experience in B2B, Industrial sales, (electronic component) field will be an added advantage.
- Possess fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Knowledge of Japanese language will be considered an additional advantage.
