QCPLUS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Assistant to join our team in Taman Melawati, Selangor. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the growth and success of our thriving accounting practice.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Assist with tax preparation and filing requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we\'re looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficient in using accounting software, such as SQL or XeroSound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications (e.g. ACCA, ICAEW, or AAT) would be an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
