Detail oriented task in administrative preparing and processing office documents and data entry to help the Company focus on more big-picture items and to smoothen the business transaction.
Duties
- To issue Cash Sales, DO & Invoice using Auto count system.
- Generate Statement of Account for dealers.
- Prepare Sales Reports.
- Calculate GTO, PPI and Sales Campaigns.
- Contacting clients over the phone or via email, organizing and storing files to easily reference.
- Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions.
- Making copies and faxing documents and to perform general bookkeeping tasks for the office.
- Process Reimbursement Claims.
Skills and qualifications requirements
Excellent time management, good interpersonal with communication and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner.Must be tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Auto Count and / or SQL Accounting computer skills.Having basic bookkeeping skills in preparing stock inventory is an advantage.At least a diploma holder with a minimum 2 years related working experience.Previous experience in a secretarial role or accounting related field and with the ability to speak Mandarin and Chinese will be an advantage for the job.Must possess keen eyes for details to detect discrepancies.Interested candidate kindly email your resume to :
