Penerangan pekerjaanProvide friendly, knowledgeable services; assist with upsell / cross-sell. Help the team achieve daily / weekly sales targets and loyalty goals. Keep displays neat and aligned to VM guidelines, support refreshes and planogram changes. Receive / unpack / organize deliveries; replenish shelves; flag variances promptly. Support peak / festive / event replenishment. Work closely with colleagues; uphold grooming and presentation standards; escalate issues appropriately.
Role Purpose
Deliver a welcoming, well-run store experience that delights customers and supports sales targets through great service, tidy merchandising, and reliable daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Support opening / closing, cash handling, stock checks, and store readiness per SOP.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to company standards.
