We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker) who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Actively listen and resolve concerns, ensuring positive experiences
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Share product and service recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Collect feedback to help improve services and processes
- Support with administrative tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English1+ year experience in customer service (or related field)Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office and digital platformsWilling to work rotational shifts (including weekends / public holidays)Possess to have own transportWork Schedule & Location
Morning shift : 6am – 3pm (WFH)
