Job Responsibilities :
Assist Head, authority liaison & Development Coordination in all matters pertaining to project management and development process.
- Assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, trackable, and coordinated interpretations of the design / drawings for construction.
- Liaise with relevant authority bodies for example Majlis Perbandaran / SAJ / TNB / JKR / PKPJ to ensure project obtain the necessary and required approvals within the scheduled time frame.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned project achieve on time
Liaise with consultants and relevant authority bodies in order to get development approvals until Certificate Completion and Compliance (CCC).
Liaise with other Departments at meetings with relevance to project operations to ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.Attend to site inspections whenever needed pertaining to authority bodies approval and project managementLiaise with all the consultants in expediting drawings and related information.
Monitor field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards & requirements, procedures, specifications and codes.Ensure completion of final project documentations & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualification :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural / Mechanical / Architecture / Construction Management / Quantity surveying.
Experience on relevant Project Development / Planning is prefferred.At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.Able to speak in Malay / English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)Good written and verbal communication skills.Able to work independent and fast learner.
