Business Operations Senior Executive

Manage end-to-end promotions and movements for the Cody Organization. The role includes analyzing talent data, supporting leadership assessments, and driving recognition.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end promotion process for managerial roles, including coordinating assessments and interviews.
• Facilitate all organizational movement actions such as promotions, demotions, group transfers, and employment separations (end of contract, termination) to maintain an accurate and up-to-date organizational structure in all systems.
• Analyze promotion and regional movement data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement, providing actionable insights that improve talent management strategies.
• Support the manager interview process for new promotions, ensuring candidates meet the required competencies to uphold team quality and standards.
• Administer congratulatory and formal recognition tokens for newly promoted managers, validating achievements and reinforcing a culture of recognition and positive morale.
