Preparing legal documents, applications, letters to the Malaysian Intellectual Property Department; Compose and revise documents for attorneys, including letters, depositions and filing forms; Conduct market surveys and raids; Filing of Trade Mark and Patent application in Malaysia for local clients and overseas associates; Ensure legal documents are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner in order to comply with appropriate regulations and deadlines; Liaising with officers at the Malaysian Registry; File and archive all documents in compliance with the files and subject matters; and Assume ad-hoc assignment as required.
