Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Marketing or equivalent. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent. Communication skills both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office. Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills. Good working attitude, passionate, energetic and customer oriented. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Full‑time and contract‑basis position(s) available. Able to work immediately. We are looking for an earnest Business Relationship Executive to initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a Business Relationship Executive, you should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives. You should also make use of JomNexus software to document your progress, which ought to be accessible to pertinent internal divisions.
Responsibilities
- Forming business alliances with key merchant in creating mutual benefits.
- Initiate, discuss and negotiate with key merchant for business collaboration, campaign / promotion.
- Conduct marketing survey to gather relevant information such as market trend, competitor activities and customer behavior.
- Provide support in products development and branding.
- Build and maintain good relationship between company and merchant in order to create better business opportunity.
- Respond to client inquiries in the office.
- Approach new clients in the office.
