Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our food-related products and services to clients within the hotel and healthcare sectors. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, proactive sales engagement, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products / services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing / potential clients.
- Meet sales forecasts, budgets, and targets set by the company.
- Identify and submit product tenders from private and government institutions.
- Build and penetrate new sales areas to expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct professional product presentations and offer customized solutions to clients.
- Perform market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales leads through client visits and calls.
- Ensure product availability and manage client feedback, complaints, and objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports and presentations.
Work Scope
Focus on hotel and hospital clients within the Selangor area.Conduct daily sales reporting via phone (no daily office attendance required).Attend back-office work sessions 2–3 times per month.Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent academic qualification.Experience in food handling or related industry is preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to speak or understand Mandarin is an added advantage.Well-organized, sociable, and self-motivated personality.Willing to travel and able to manage time flexibly.Experience in leading or supervising a team will be an advantage.Petrol and toll allowance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
