Practical Trainee

Job Description : The intern will support the Intelligence Command Centre and Business Insights team in performing research, data management, and reporting tasks. This role is designed to provide exposure to data-driven decision-making processes, analytics tools, and organizational intelligence practices. The intern will assist with minor tasks, while gaining hands-on experience in analytics and intelligence operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements.
• Support the preparation of simple reports and dashboards for stakeholder use.
• Conduct basic desk research and data collection from internal and external sources.
• Assist in compiling datasets and validating simple findings.
• Support the team in preparing presentations or summaries of insights.
• Assist in maintaining databases by performing data entry, updates, and checks.
• Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Support in documenting simple processes or guidelines.
• Assist in testing dashboards and reports for usability.
• Provide feedback to improve user experience and functionality.
• Support quality checks to ensure accuracy of displayed data.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, or events.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.
