Location : Batu Caves, Selangor
Salary : RM2,800 – RM3,300 (based on experience)

Must have own transportation (work based in Batu Caves).
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve product / service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer feedback and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Job Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.Prior experience in customer service or after-sales support is an advantage.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.Must be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin).
