Responsibilities
- Receive enquiries and provide replies to customers / patients via phone (calls / whatsapp)
- Receive enquiries and provide replies to customers / patients on‑site (within clinic premise)
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for customers / patients (on‑site / via phone)
- Send reminder and confirm appointments with customers / patients
- Provide follow‑up to customers / patients
- Maintain privacy & confidentiality of customer / patient related information / data
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the superior / management
