Act as the primary liaison to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers / accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. Analyse customer data and sales trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement. Manage existing accounts and generate new sales while ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable. Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with vendors and suppliers. Develop and implement customer service initiatives, events, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Gather and monitor customer feedback, addressing issues and concerns promptly. Lead and manage the sales / account team to achieve set targets within the assigned timeline. Oversee monthly budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing for key accounts. Promote and sell company products, services, and solutions to both existing and potential clients.
