Overview
Assist the IT Manager in planning and implementing IT strategies to support the company's business goals. Oversee retail IT systems (POS, membership, CRM, ERP integration). Manage infrastructure & IT operations (network, servers, cloud, DR). Supervise IT service desk and ensure SLA compliance. Coordinate vendors, system rollouts, and outlet readiness. Lead and guide IT team, provide escalation support, and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
3–5 years’ experience in retail IT operations, especially POS support.Hands-on with POS hardware, Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, and networking (LAN / WAN / VPN).Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and vendor management skills.Experience in supporting multi-outlet IT operations.Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Added Advantage
Experience with ERP (Dynamics NAV / LSBC, SAP), CRM / e-commerce integration.Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).Project management (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile) or ITIL certification.Familiarity with audit & security compliance (SOX, ISO27001).Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
