Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and prepare patients for examination or treatment.
- Register patients and manage medical records (paper or EMR).
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow.
- Prepare and submit TPA / panel documentation for claims.
- Monitor and manage medical stock and clinic supplies.
- Provide instructions and explanations to patients post-consultation.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries politely.
- Handle basic complaints and escalate when needed.
- Record patient vital signs and medical history.
- Assist doctors with procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries.
- Perform and assist in sample collection (e.g. blood, urine).
- Administer medications and injections under doctor's supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment.
Requirements :
Diploma in Medical Assistant, Nursing, or equivalent (recognized by relevant national body).Fresh Graduate or Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid certification is an advantage.Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with workers from diverse backgrounds.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
