Job Summary We’re looking for a high-energy team player who loves being in the thick of the action. If you’re organised, resourceful, and take pride in delivering events that wow, you’ll fit right in.

The Day-To-Day Activities

Assist in the planning and execution of on-ground activations, sponsorships, and events. Support with budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and resourcing. Be hands-on during events — solving problems, managing timelines, and ensuring top-tier delivery. Work closely with agencies, internal teams, and partners to ensure alignment and integration. Support in scouting partnership or collaboration opportunities. Contribute ideas to enhance content integration and event storytelling.

About You

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in events, brand activations, or marketing. Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action. Confident handling vendors, costings, and day-to-day project management. Self-driven and independent, but thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional team. A go-getter who sees problems as opportunities and always finds a way. Interest in content, social media, or brand storytelling is a bonus. What’s Next?
