Job Application 1 : Technical Solution & Support Specialist – Contact Centre CRM Application
We are seeking a Technical Specialist / System Administrator (3–5 years exp.) to manage and deploy projects across CRM, omnichannel, chatbots, sales / marketing, and ITSM platforms such as Freshworks, 8x8, and Konnect Insights.
You will support both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, including demos, technical proposals, integrations, and end‑user training.
Technical Skills
- 3–5 years experience with CRM / omnichannel / chatbot / ITSM deployment
- Strong understanding of SaaS & cloud applications
- REST API, JSON, Postman / Swagger
- Basic chatbot flow design
- Experience integrating CRM, email, mobile app, and social media systems
