MANAGER – BUSINESS SERVICES (MELAKA)

Responsibilities

• Ensure unit’s financial activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist Head of Operation in ensuring prudent spending of Operation Office’s expenses.
• Review and analyses budget proposals across all sections in the Unit to ensure effective and efficient budgeting.
• Review and analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting to ensure unit's spending is in line with benchmarked standard.
• Monitor and ensure proper receipting of sewerage and responsive collections in order that all transactions are properly recorded and monitored.
• Implement Human Resources & Administration policies and ensure compliance.
• Ensure timely reporting and completion of section’s monthly time sheet.
• Carry out procurement activities in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.
• Monitor timely PO closing via SAP generated reports.
• Monitor and ensure contracts are in accordance with the contract procedures set by the Management.
• Monitor the performance of customer service in ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures and meeting with the customer charter.
• Monitor the performance of Site Investigators and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Ensure availability of IT system and support through IT Department for the effective implementation of unit office activities.
