Role Overview
As a Senior HR Business Partner specializing in Technical Recruitment, you will partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, providing insights on market trends and best practices in technical hiring. Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to broader HR strategies including performance management, employee engagement and industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, focusing on technical functions (R&D, Business Development, Technical Support, etc.).
- Lead end-to-end technical recruitment : sourcing strategies, employer branding, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-caliber technical talent through proactive networking.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on hiring trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent market intelligence.
- Partner with managers on career development, and retention of key technical talent.
- Coach and influence stakeholders on HR best practices, talent strategy, and people-related decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.6-8 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in technical recruitment within high-tech / engineering / manufacturing / IT industries.Proven track record in managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing business decisions.Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies.Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
