What You'll Do

  • Proactively seek and huntfor new leads and leverage sales tools to seamlessly onboard merchants toQashier's POS and payment solutions.
  • Generate new salesopportunities through calls, emails, direct sales, and referrals, with afocus on retail, F&B, and beauty merchants.
  • You'll be part of a dynamic, high-performing team where your sales experience and drive are expected to help you thrive and make a meaningful impact from day one.
  • Consult andClose Deals :
  • Act as a trusted advisor tomerchants by understanding their unique needs and recommending Qashier'scomprehensive POS, Payment, and Loyalty system as the perfect solution tooptimise their business operations.
  • Close deals efficiently bypresenting the benefits and unique features of our POS solutions.
  • Onboard NewMerchants :
  • Work closely with the Operations team to set up and deploy Qashier's POS systems according to each merchant's requirements, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Guide merchants through theinstallation and setup of Qashier's POS system, providing excellentsupport throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Account Management, to refine acquisition strategies and ensure we consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Support the team inidentifying new growth opportunities by providing feedback and insightsfrom merchants.

  • Requirements

  • Experiencein Sales : Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, orbusiness development, ideally within the payments or b2b related fintechindustries.
  • Understandingof the POS Landscape : Strong knowledge of the Malaysian POS ecosystem, including POSsystems, Payment Systems, Loyalty systems, methods, and market trends, ishighly advantageous.
  • ProvenCommunication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English andBahasa Malaysia, with the ability to build rapport and present solutionseffectively to merchants.
  • Team Playerwith Independence : Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while alsotaking initiative and working independently to drive results.
  • EducationalBackground : Adiploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field ispreferred but not required for candidates with strong, relevantexperience.
