Overview
The Deputy Head of Business Relations plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Business Relations to achieve the company’s growth objectives. Acting as one of the second-in-command, this role provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure effective business development, strong client relationships, and alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
What is your role? Responsibilities
- Assist the Head in managing the Business Relations Department, ensuring team alignment with company goals.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to increase departmental capabilities.
2. Business Development & Growth
Develop strategies and recruit RM to enter new markets or industry segments.Work with the sales, operations, and credit teams to structure financing solutions that address client needs.Contribute to the development of annual business plans, budgets, and performance targets.Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Assess risks in potential business deals and escalate concerns to the Head and senior management.Prepare reports and recommendations for management review.Who are we looking for? Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fieldAt least 8–12 years of experience in business relations, corporate banking, project financing, or client management.Experience in managing teams and overseeing large-scale business development initiatives.Strong track record in building and sustaining long-term client relationships.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Analytical thinker with commercial awareness and risk management capabilities.Demonstrates a strong determination to achieve goals and overcome challenges.Takes proactive steps and demonstrates initiative to take on tasks independently.Hard-working and diligence in carrying out responsibilities.A Goal Go-Getter to achieve objectives and meet targets.Hungry to Succeed in their role.An enthusiastic learner to acquire new knowledge and skills.We appreciate your talent : Benefits and Perks
