Job Description :
- Manage inventory control and storage activities, including service parts ordering, stock planning, and replenishment.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports as required by management.
- Oversee the receiving, checking, and proper storage of incoming parts.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all inventory records.
- Process daily parts orders efficiently to support workshop operations.
- Maintain a well-organized documentation and filing system for all parts-related records.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the parts storage area at all times.
- Provide timely updates to Service Advisors regarding the arrival and availability of ordered parts.
Job Requirements
Minimum academic qualification : SPM or equivalent.Relevant experience in handling automotive parts or working as a Parts Controller is preferred.Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Computer literate with proficiency in office and inventory management applications.High level of integrity and responsibility in managing inventory and stock.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.Willing to work at Semenyih / Beranang.Job Type : Full-time
