We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team! The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing documentation, and collaborating with development and testing teams to deliver quality solutions in the Banking or Insurance domain .

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and document business & functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops and support testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• (Senior level) Lead and mentor junior team members, manage project deliverables.
