Business Analyst

Overview

FatHopes Energy is a leading player in the sustainable energy industry, focusing on the collection, conversion, and optimization of waste-based feedstocks into renewable energy. Our Technology Department (InternetToo Sdn. Bhd.) develops and maintains software systems that power our operations and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for new or existing systems and applications.
• Translate business needs into detailed documentation — including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) , System Requirement Specifications (SRS) , process flows , and wireframes .
• Assist in system and process design , ensuring alignment with operational workflows.
• Work with the development team to clarify requirements and support implementation.
• Support testing activities by preparing test cases and validating functionality against requirements.
• Create and maintain system documentation , user guides, and training materials.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities within existing systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Help ensure system quality by validating features , writing test cases , and coordinating UAT .
