The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategies and ensuring the effective execution of initiatives and action plans. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, benefits administration, and related processes. Acting as the primary HR advisor, the Manager will provide guidance on human resources, employment law, best practices, and workplace compliance. The position reports directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources at our US headquarters.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage HR and staffing functions in Malaysia.
- Provide expertise in statutory requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and succession planning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global HR policies and procedures.
- Support compliance audits and related activities.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager.Strong knowledge of labor law, HR regulations, and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience with HR infrastructure, programs, and processes.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Experience in the technology sector or a multinational environment is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
