Specialist - Human Resource (Recruitment) - Mandarin Speakers

The Responsibilities of the Role

• Assist identifying and developing new sources for recruitment to support the company's growing needs.
• To source for potential candidates using agreed selection criteria.
• To conduct initial telephone interviews with potential candidates.
• To arrange interview schedule with Lenovo hiring managers and to coordinate accordingly with Scicom HR on selection or rejection.
• Maintain recruitment data on applicants received through to successful / unsuccessful candidates.
• Provide recruitment KPI's as and when required.
• Liaise with appropriate agencies in the facilitation of recruitment initiatives (when authorized by Scicom HR).
• Participate in job fairs and develop and maintain contacts with schools, colleges, universities to find and attract suitable applicants.
• Assist the M‑Recruitment in ensuring that all data related to recruitment is tracked with both quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Ensure the timely production of MIS / update reports on recruitment.
